Information

Course objective & outcome: This course is designed for operators who work with the KOKS MultiVac and is suitable as both basic training and a practical knowledge update for those who already work with this machine. During the online course, you will learn how to set up, prepare and operate the MultiVac correctly. You will receive training on the vacuum and high-pressure system, the connections, inspections and safety measures for use in various working environments.

The course is available in three languages: Dutch, English, and German.

Note: This is a general course for the KOKS MultiVac. The construction and operation of each machine may vary due to different options and/or national regulations. Always consult the manual for the exact design and operation of the machine you are working with.

Target audience

This online course is intended for trainee operators as well as experienced operators who want to refresh or sharpen their knowledge through an online learning program.

Learning goals

After completing this online course, a KOKS MultiVac operator will be able to:

Understand the difference between pressure and vacuum operation
Correctly set up and ground the MultiVac
Properly connect hoses for suction or discharge
Perform inspections on filters, pumps, valves and sight glasses
Apply safety regulations during operation and maintenance
Recognise and remedy malfunctions to minimise downtime
Follow inspection and maintenance schedules for long-term operation of the machine

What the KOKS EcoVac online course covers

This 120-minute e-learning course teaches you how to set up, ground, and operate the machine correctly. The training consists of:
- Interactive theory with text and images
- Simulations of start-up sequences and alarm messages
- Short videos on operation and maintenance
- Multiple-choice questions with instant feedback
Assessment

Throughout the online course, questions are included to test knowledge. Completing these questions is required to finish the e-learning.
